Here’s a look back at the biggest achievements and events of 2021 at LodgeLink.

As we end another successful year at LodgeLink and head into the holiday season, we look back at some of our key updates, milestones, and achievements in 2021.

At the outset, we would like to thank our customers, suppliers and partners for their business, support, and trust in LodgeLink and our team. This year alone, we moved thousands of crew members across North America and saved customers considerable time and money, all while rapidly expanding our hotel coverage to offer access in remote areas and providing 24/7 customer support.

Reporting and Spend Visibility

Since launching reporting two years ago we continue to make improvements to provide customers with increased visibility to track crew accommodation spend, save time and simplify manual processes. We have added additional reporting statuses and information so that you can see invoice numbers and accrue your charges for any stays going forward. We also understand the importance of being able to accrue your accommodation spend. The platform also includes taxes and fees to provide more accuracy.
