As we approach the end of another remarkable year, our LodgeLink team would like to thank our customers for their continued business and our suppliers and partners for working with us to transform workforce travel. Here is a look back at some of our biggest milestones and moments that have helped us grow in our vision to be THE ecosystem for workforce travel.  

Volume Growth

LodgeLink continues its rapid growth with the number of room nights sold on our platform increasing by more than 1,000% between Q2 2020 and Q2 2023.

Adding to Our Team

To serve our growing customer base and continue to develop the LodgeLink digital platform, we added 50 more LodgeLinkers to the team. We now have 140 employees located in Canada and the United States.   

Over 14,000 Properties

With more than one million rooms booked at over 14,000 properties in Canada and the U.S., LodgeLink continues to bolster our network to ensure crews have a place to stay, wherever the job may take them. 

Product Enhancements

LodgeLink improved our digital platform to better serve our customers' needs with a focus on enhancing savings, improving efficiency and the overall user experience.   

Booking Updates

We undertook a significant update to our booking architecture to enhance our platform improvements and accelerate our response time.

Enhanced Scheduling

We've added more clarity to our booking process for easier management, more straightforward reservation information, and smoother reconciliation of shared rooms.

Added Efficiency

We launched Booking Flow 2.0 to make bookings faster and easier, including the user interface (UI), resulting in a more intuitive self-service experience.

PartnerHub

We introduced PartnerHub – an application designed exclusively for our supplier partners. PartnerHub enables an easier and more seamless guest experience from booking to check-out by ensuring credit card payments are as frictionless and efficient as possible.
