Using our advanced filters like large truck parking and late-night meal service, and searching by location, LSD, or coordinates, you can find the perfect accommodations for your crew at more than 1 million rooms.
Once you sign in, find the property that suits your crew, complete the booking flow and we’ll either confirm your reservation immediately in real-time or we’ll send a request to the property to confirm your stay.

Whether you're booking for a crew of two, 10, or even 65 people, we have the tools to make booking a breeze. You can upload a crew list to easily assign guests to reservations, saving you time with every booking. Manage permissions for team members and subcontractors to adjust bookings on their own. How do I make changes?

How do I pay?

As a LodgeLink customer, payment is made easy.

All of your accommodations will be secured and prepaid by LodgeLink. After your crew completes their stay, we will gather the statements and folios and provide you with a single consolidated invoice.

You can then settle our invoice via credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), once you have established credit with us through our application process.

Our platform can also help track all of your accommodations to make sure you’re able to reconcile your budgets easily. Our team of Customer Success Representatives are here to ensure your Payment IDs and Tracking Codes are set up correctly to reflect all your business needs.
