To get started, simply fill out a few forms and submit photos of your property. That’s all it takes!
When a customer books through LodgeLink, you'll receive a booking request with all the necessary guest details.
If your property is connected via GDS or your brand portal, we can book directly through your system. If not, you can manually enter the reservation.
If a booking doesn’t work for your availability, just let us know.
LodgeLink offers flexible payment options.
You can receive payments via a virtual credit card (VCC). The VCC will indicate who will cover incidentals for a customer or if you are required to collect the guest's card at check in.
Alternatively, we can set up Net 30 direct billing to help you avoid credit card fees.
LodgeLink's PartnerHub support simplifies workforce travel bookings by offering centralized access to Virtual Credit Cards (VCC).
Partners can now securely retrieve booking information through PartnerHub, ensuring a seamless process for managing crew accommodations. With no need for additional passwords and easy click-to-copy functionality, managing payments and bookings is more efficient and secure.
